Mission
The mission of the TownSquareBuzz Foundation is to engage residents and raise community awareness about the unique needs of military families and service members by directing resources to support and improve their overall well-being.
The Foundation is the philanthropic arm of TownSquareBuzz.com, a hyper-local community website based in McKinney, Texas.
McKinney is not a military town by nature but many in our community have been impacted by the on‐going conflicts in the middle east. Veterans, returning from multiple deployments, come home forever changed and encounter challenges with employment, health care, home life and more.
Our men and women in uniform sacrifice so much yet largely go unnoticed by their neighbors. As a result, the Foundation's first priority is to create awareness through the sale of red T-shirts to wear on Fridays as part of the nation‐wide Red Shirt Fridays campaign.

About Community Lifeline Center
Community Lifeline Center services McKinney and north Collin County residents through short-term crisis support and assistance. They focus on assisting residents to manage short-term crises and navigate their way back to self-sufficiency.
